Delivery policy

We ship mostly with the following carriers: Chronopost, UPS and DHL. The choice of the carrier is made according to the destination of the shipment.

We offer free shipping worldwide for all orders over 80€. For all orders under 80€, the shipping cost is 4€.

Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of order. Your purchases may be sent in multiple packages due to the size of some products. You will be able to track each package by tracking number.

We guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange for an item of equal value or a refund is allowed. The return of the item(s) is at the customer's expense. We accept exchanges or refunds for a period of 60 days for original artwork and 30 days for all other items following the date of purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition. Any damaged product will not be exchanged or refunded.
